These taste like summer (remind me of creamsicles) , and you won't believe how easy they are. 
The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze!


EZPZ Popsicles- VegWithMandy.com
makes ~4 popsicles; double recipe, if needed
In blender*, add:
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peel removed
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or unsweetened vanilla soy milk for nut free
Blend well.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 6+ hours
Notes: *A high speed blender, like a Vitamix, will work best to get these smooth. But use what you've got!
