Crunchy Wraps - A crowd pleaser, ready in about 15 minutes!

"To Thai For" Peanut Sauce - Ready in about the time it takes to cook rice or rice noodles!

"It's All Gravy!", Roast & Toast & Gravy - roasted or sauteed veggies over toasted bread, topped with a protein-packed dairy and gluten free Southern-style gravy. (Multi-purpose sauce)

3 Sisters Chimichurri Tacos - corn flour tacos, topped with roasted zucchini, refried beans, and an herby sauce that has a kick. (Multi-purpose sauce)

Black Bean Dip & Burgers- serve "as is" as a dip, or add a few more ingredients and turn into Black Bean Burgers. (Multi-purpose sauce)

Lazy Layer Dip (Black Bean Dip + Lazy Guac + Lazy Pico de gallo) - Who says you can't make a dinner out of dips?

BBQ Black Bean Burritos - you can whip these up in a hurry, without sacrificing flavor!

--Quick Slaw - Goes great as a replacement for Guac in the BBQ Black Bean Burritos above, or use it in a BBQ sandwich with tofu baked in BBQ sauce + topped with a pickle on a whole wheat bun!


Oughta "Ricotta" Pizza Dippers - don't knock it until you try it! (Multi-purpose sauce)
